Hello! My name is Ryan McClanahan.  I live in Minnesota, in the United States.  I own and run this website mostly for my own amusement.

I've been writing for as long as I can remember.  The first thing I ever remember writing was for an assignment when I was 7 and I plan to use the scene just so I can say I've been writing since second grade.

I've loved words since in third grade my teacher instituted a program where we got points for reading books and could use the points to win little toys.  The toys were meaningless to me, I just wanted to have the most points.

I didn't plan to DO anything with writing until I was 17 and a senior in high school.  Though looking back several years later, it was a pretty obvious choice.

So here's my writings, you may read them.  Please don't try to steal my writings (not that I think you would, I'm worried about that shifty guy next to you.)
